Ladies Finger |
Ladies finger : 500 grams
Sesame seed : Four table spoon
Red chili : one teaspoon of
Onion : 2 medium size
Salt : As per taste
Lemon : 2 medium size
Turmeric powder : 1/4 of teaspoon
Fenugreek seeds : 1/3 of teaspoon
Mustard oil : Two table spoon
Here is the process that converts all these ingredients into a pickle.
- Chop onions finely.
- Heat mustard oil in a pan.
- Put fenugreek seeds on the pan and let it be brown.
- Add some turmeric powder on the same pan and toss it lightly.
- Put ladies finger on the pan and cook it for 5 - 7 minutes.
- When the ladies finger is cooked pour it in a clean and dried bowl and keep it aside.
- Add salt, chili, sesame powder [ toasted and grinded] and onion on it.
- Squeeze lemon over it and then mix it properly.
Now, your pickle is ready to serve !
