Well, the art of pickle making or preserving is going on for so long and normally not much new art in this just the little change in the old one and adding your own taste to it. We do not invented the art nor the recipe But there is no doubt Nepal has more variety of pickle to offer to the world than the french has cheese. All it needs is to create market and promotion.
