Soyabean Nuggets

By now we are so used to of the fact that we can make pickles from almost everything, I mean if its a food. Be it fruit, vegetable, condiments, spices or grains. We have tried many things and  and we always try to give you something that is not just unique in its nature but this also has to be very tasty and delicious if we make it. This time we are going to make  a pickle out of Soyabean Nuggets. Soyabean nuggets can be bought from the market any time.

Ingredients :

Soyabean nuggets              : 150 grams
Chili powder                     :  one teaspoon
Salt                                  :  as per taste
Onion                               :  one medium size
green coriander                :  few leaves [ optional ]
Lemon                              :  one 

How to convert these ingredients into a pickle ?


  • Soak soyabean nuggets into water for about 20 minutes.
  • After that squeeze the water from it and keep it in another bowl.
  • Put salt, chili, finely chopped onions onion on it and mix well.
  • Squeeze lemon on top of it it and then again mix well.
  • Now garnish it with green coriander from the top.


Now your pickle is ready.
