Ingredients :
Soyabean nuggets : 150 grams
Chili powder : one teaspoon
Salt : as per taste
Onion : one medium size
green coriander : few leaves [ optional ]
Lemon : one
How to convert these ingredients into a pickle ?
- Soak soyabean nuggets into water for about 20 minutes.
- After that squeeze the water from it and keep it in another bowl.
- Put salt, chili, finely chopped onions onion on it and mix well.
- Squeeze lemon on top of it it and then again mix well.
- Now garnish it with green coriander from the top.
Now your pickle is ready.
